Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- German Whispers - neighboring digits along a green German Whisper line must differ in value by at least 5.
- Dutch Whispers - neighboring digits along an orange Dutch Whisper line must differ in value by at least 4.
- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a a black Kropki dot have a ratio of 2:1. No negative constraint.
- X pairs - digits separated by X sum to 10. No negative constraint.
