Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Draw a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells. The loop may not touch itself, not even diagonally.
Each digit on the loop equals the sum of the digits in the orthogonally adjacent cells that are not on the loop.
Digits along each arrow sum to the digit in its circle. Each circle is on the loop.
Solution code: Digits on the loop in row 3 (left to right) followed by digits on the loop in column 8 (top to bottom)

Interesting constraint, don't recall seeing it before.
That was nice as had to first grok the implications of the rules, and it solved well for me from there
