Special Thanks
This puzzle was created for Scojo's 2026 secret imposter setting challenge where each participant prepared a puzzle in their own style, and later prepared a puzzle in someone else's style to have the twitch chat, comprised largely of other setters, compare them and guess the real setter. I was delighted to draw my (no longer secret) Secret Santa aqjhs!

I don't speak Spanish beyond the odd gratitude word, so the title, which is apparently outdated gibberish, was back and forth fighting with an online translator for something that sounded plausible and related to the constraints. I couldn't tell you what it was intended to mean. I did win, but I'm not sure it's a true victory... I certainly got a few sympathy votes, that accidentally outscored the sensible votes - haha. Gracias aq.

Thank you to aq again, he managed to come up with a clever technique that allows the quad clues to sit above the grid, which will help if your preferred solve technique involves the pen tool!
Initial Setter Difficulty: 3.5 / 5
Chaos Construction:
Divide the grid into nine orthogonally connected regions and place the digits 1 to 9 once each in every row, column and region.

Full Quad-Rank:
• All the 2x2 areas of the grid, when read in western reading order, make a total of 64 four-digit numbers.
• Clues in the center of a 2x2 area show its rank among those 64 numbers, where the lowest is 1 and the highest is 64.
• One or more equal numbers are considered to be at rank N when there are N-1 numbers of strictly lower rank. (For example, we say there are three numbers in rank 20 when there are 19 numbers of lower rank and the next rank will be 23, i.e. the ranks could go ⋯, 19, 20, 20, 20, 23, ⋯)
• Also, the 2x2 areas for each clue belong to exactly two different regions.

Kropki Dots:
Cells joined by a white dot have consecutive digits and belong to different regions.
Hint to start

Once you consider Full Quad Rank ranges globally, and that the '15' clue quads must all be clones, there are a tonne of quick wins in the top left corner; and more sneakily R9C9 is also available. Now with many of the same digits in the grid, and the region building specific rules, a healthy amount of grid construction can take place! Be warned, the puzzle gets notably trickier from here, but it's all fair!
