Place the digits 1 to 4 in the grid such that digits do not repeat in rows or columns.
The arrow points to the smaller digit.
Divide the grid into regions such that:
- Each region contains a circled digit that indicates its size.
- Each region contains a consecutive set of digits.
- No regions of the same size share an edge.

Surprisingly hard for a 4x4.

Tried over and I over without any progress to put in numbers and trial and error it. Once I finally focused on regions first it basically solved itself.
