Locusts

Your wheat field is invaded by locusts, oh no ! Let's see how much they've eaten.

RULES :
Normal sudoku rules apply.
**Set of rules 1**
Locusts invade the wheat field. They spreads from one of their 3 spawn point (locust symbol). The locusts move to cells that have a difference of 1 or 2 from their spawn point at first, then the same difference from the cells they moved to. Locusts move orthogonally only. They eat all the cells in their path. Eg.:
The farmers count the number of eaten cells in the 3x3 cells centered on them, counting the cell they are on.
**Set of rules 2**
For each blue line, digits on the line have an equal sum N within each box it passes through. Also, all the cells of a box on a line have the same status (eaten or uneaten), and when the line passes through a 3x3 box border, all the cells on the line of this new box have the opposite status, eg. if the cells on the line in box 2 are eaten, all the cells on the line of box 6 are uneaten. Eg.:

Cells joined by a white dot must have a difference of 1.

Very fun twist on the infection rule. I've seen another puzzle with a 2-or-less-difference rule and feel like I should also explore that at some point.
