Normal Sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1–9 exactly once in every row, column, and 3×3 box.
Nine Loop:
Draw a single closed loop that travels orthogonally through cell centers without visiting any cell more than once.
Any nine consecutive cells along the loop contain 1–9 exactly once.
Digits in a cage are all different and sum to the number in the top-left corner of the cage.
Digits on the loop count as double their value when calculating cage sums. (This rule is from yttrio's Whisper Loop-de-Loop)
