Crust

(Published on 12. September 2026, 10:57 by fuxia)

I have set this puzzle for the monthly prompt on Discord for September, which asked for a puzzle with a large empty area without using outside clues or any global constraint. Took me quite some time to get this right. I hope you enjoy it.

  • Normal Sudoku rules apply.
  • A digit in a blue row X indicates where X appears in that column. E.g., if row 1 col 4 is a 5, then row 5 column 4 is a 1.
  • A digit in red column Y indicates where Y appears in that row. E.g., if row 4 column 1 is a 4, then row 4 column 4 is a 1.
  • The corners are both colors
  • Digits connected by a white dot have a difference of 1. Digits connected by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
  • Not all possible dots are given.
  • Have fun!

Eine schöne Variante ohne Zahlenvorgaben, toll gemacht. Am Anfang ein bisschen Gehirnakrobatik ;-).

Very nicely set! It's tricky to make something like this so smooth, but this did it.
