Normal 8x8 sudoku rules apply.
In this puzzle ALL dutch whisper lines are blue and orange:
On the blue dutch whisper lines, all digits on the line are strictly even.
On the orange dutch whisper lines, all digits on the line are strictly odd.
1. Dutch Whispers: Digits on a line have a difference of at least 4.
2. Quadruples: Digits in a circle must appear in that 2x2 area.
3. Black Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio, not all dots are given.

I also put 9s into cells XD

Would have finished faster if I hadn't kept typing nines into the cells. (˶ˆᗜˆ˵)
