Uploading an old puzzle of mine
Rules
Irregular Sudoku: Divide the grid into 9 orthogonally connected regions. Fill in the grid so that each row, column and region contains the digits 1-9 once each.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached bulb.
Arrow Regions: Digits in the bulb of an arrow also indicate the number of cells in the surrounding 3x3 (a king's move away from the bulb) which are in the same region as the bulb, including the bulb cell itself.
Negative Constraint: Digits which are not in the bulb of an arrow must not indicate the number of cells in the surrounding 3x3 which are in the same region as that cell, including the cell itself.

Really nice puzzle! I had trouble with scanning of the the negative constraint, which included a lot of time consuming counting. It did a lot, so great job setting, thanks!
