RULES :
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Arrows : Numbers along an arrow sum to the number shown in the circled cells.
Little Killer : Digits along the marked diagonal sum to the number indicated outside the grid.
2 cells separated by a red dot have the SAME parity (1,3,5,7,9 or 2,4,6,8).
The 4 cells surrounding the blue square must be filled with 2 different digits only.
