Counting Lines by Derek LeClair

Normal sudoku rules apply.

If a digit N appears on a constraint, it must appear N times across all instances of that constraint type.

Constraints:

Adjacent digits along an orange line must differ by at least 4.

Along a red line digits must alternate parity (even/odd).

Along a peach line any set of 3 adjacent digits must contain one low (123), one middle (456), and one high (789) digit.

Digits separated by a V sum to 5.

This statement cannot be true: "If a digit N appears on a constraint, it must appear N times across all instances of that constraint type."

ie: I put 9 on a peach line and then there should be part of a peach line in every 3x3 block where the 9 must be placed

What am I missing?
---
You'd be correct, if the peach line isn't in every 3x3 block, then 9 couldn't be on it or it would break the rule

Thank you very much for creating and sharing this lovely puzzle. Nice setting though some people may have problems with these three line colors (which of course are the usual ones for these constraints).

The line from R6C8 to R7C7 is a slightly different color than either the peach or red lines.

Thoroughly enjoyed the puzzle, thanks very much!

Was there something wrong with the version that was published with German whispers instead of Dutch Whispers?
----
Nothing wrong, dutch whispers just constrained it a little less while still giving a unique solve path
