Dutch Flat Mates: EnTropic Islands (palpot collab)

Previous Dutch Flat Mate Puzzles
This has been a weekly series since '18 Oct 23'. Here is a
spreadsheet link for all the previous puzzles in the series, which also has a few teasers for upcoming constraints/guest setters in the series (subject to change).
This
alternative link offers a limited LMD search for Dutch Flat Mates.
Special Thanks
Thank you to
palpot for sharing the setting of this puzzle with me!
Inspiration, at least for me, for this week's puzzle comes from palpot himself with the very approachable
The Entropic Archipelago!
There are other puzzles with this excellent constraint, palpot cites "the wonderful"
EnTropic Islands by
Paletron as his inspiration.

Initial Setter Difficulty: 3 / 5
Normal Sudoku rules apply
Place the digits 1-9 so that they do not repeat in any row, column, or 3x3 box.
Dutch Flats
Every 5 in the grid must have a '1' directly above it or a '9' directly below it. It may have both, but it doesn't need both.
Entropy Islands
Orthogonally connected groups of cells with the same entropy (123)(456)(789) are called 'islands'. A digit in a circle counts the number of cells in its island. Islands may have multiple circles. Not all possible circles are necessarily given.
Hint to start
There are only 3 cells of each entropy per box, per row and per column, it's impossible for some regions to grow enough to ever be a higher entropy.
Visual Example:
Fun fact, all the Happy 5s, with their Flat Mates, are logically placeable in this example.

Another great DFM puzzle! The logic for the entropies of the islands was very nice, just a part at the end I got stuck (maybe it was just Sudoku oops ;P) Anyways thank you for this creation! :D
