Normal sudoku rules apply. Standard extra region (2), quadruple circle, renban, and little killer rules apply. (To wit: Digits in the dark blue and light blue squares form complete sets from 1-9. Digits in a quadruple circle must appear in the surrounding cells. Digits on a pink renban line must be consecutive, can be in any order, and must not repeat. Numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits on their indicated diagonal. Digits on these diagonals may repeat when otherwise allowed.) I think this puzzle is 1.5 stars out of 5 difficulty for many solvers. As always, comments welcome. Thanks!
