Hidden Relations

Sudoku:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Circles:
Each digit in a circle has three separate meanings:
- Circle Count: The digit tells you how many times that same digit appears inside circles in the grid.
- Ratio: The digit represents the ratio between the two diagonally adjacent cells in one opposite pair.
- Difference: The digit represents the difference between the two cells in the other diagonally opposite pair.
There are exactly 10 circles hidden in the grid.
Dynamic Fog:
Most of the grid is covered in fog. Entering correct digits may clear fog somewhere in the grid. No guessing is required.

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. In testing everyone was putting it at 2*, but I agree that it would probably have been better to put it at 3*.
