Rules:
Normal 4x4 Sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-4 exactly once in every row, column, and 2x2 box.
Outside clues are either toroidal X-sums or toroidal Full Rank clues.
Toroidal X-sums: A clue with an arrow points at a diagonal. The clue gives the sum of the first X digits, where X is the first digit in the direction of the arrow. If X is bigger than the number of cells it sees in that direction, it wraps around and reenters the grid on the opposite side, continuing in the same direction.
Toroidal Full Rank: There are 28 arrows outside the grid, each pointing at a diagonal. To make all diagonals a length of 4 the grid is toroidal (exiting a grid in one direction means the diagonal reenters it at the opposite side). Each of these diagonals gives a four digit number, that is read starting from the cell closest to the arrow.
Clues outside the grid give the position of that diagonal in a list where all diagonals are listed from smallest to biggest. In case of ties, both of the tied diagonals are the lower rank, with the next one being skipped (for example, if four numbers were 121, 123, 123, 131 the rankings would be 1, 2, 2, 4)

Nobody's life is quite complete until they've solved a toroidal full rank puzzle
