Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits along thermometers strictly increase as they move from bulb to tip.
Any set of three adjacent cells along a peach entropic line must contain a low digit (123), a middle digit (456), and a high digit (789). A line of length 2 must have different entropy in each cell.
A digit in a circle, excluding thermometer bulbs, indicates the number of circles containing that digit.
