Normal Sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1–9 exactly once in every row, column, and 3×3 box.

Sequence Thermometers: Digits along each thermometer increase in equal steps from bulb to tip, forming a strictly increasing arithmetic sequence.

The 14 thermometers form seven pairs. Within each pair, the thermometers have identical shapes and bulb-to-tip directions—in other words, one can be translated onto the other without rotation or reflection.

The two thermometers in a pair have the same common difference; different pairs have different common differences.

Solution code: Digits in row 5, read from left to right.

this was one of the most enjoyable puzzles i solved for a while :) Initially I was staring at the puzzle without a clue and was going to skip, but when I realized it I was blown away! it was very smooth after that. The initial idea feels closer to a 2* on my end.
