As part i - iii seem to give you some joy(ful headache), I share part iv with you today...
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits in cages may not repeat and sum to the total, if given.
- Adjacent digits in cages must add to a prime number.

Loved the logic in the first half, too high a difficulty jump in the middle which made the second half very tricky and not as enjoyable. But a brilliant idea nonetheless.
