Difference kropki dot - Digits separated by a white dot have a difference of 1.
Quadruples - A large circle represents what digits are adjacent to it but not their placement.
Red line - The digits 1 - 4 each show up twice each on the red line.

It took me less than a minute to solve. This is definitely a 1 star. Nice puzzle, but it isn't a 2 star difficulty.
