Kropki: All dots are given. There are no black dots because there are no pairs of cells in a 2:1 ratio. White dots connect consecutive cells.
Anti-Knight: Cells a knight's move apart must not contain the same digit.

Really fun one, colouring went smoothly, with a nice bit of in between thinking..
and the number placement wasn't as trivial as I thought it'd be.
So the upper half of 2*.

Quite interesting how the last ambiguity is resolved... I would agree with 2* difficulty, fun puzzle!

Hey everyone! This is a puzzle that probably has a break-in of 3-4 stars but is much easier after that. No guessing is required. Thanks!
--edit: I double checked my logic and found an easier path, this could be closer to a 2 star overall.
