WhY not GAS?

Here is my latest puzzle. There's just one step that makes it debatable whether it's a GAS. If you play it, let me know how you got on with it in the comments down below. As always, feedback of any kind is welcomed and encouraged.
- Normal Sudoku Rules: Fill each row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9 once each.
- White Kropkis/Black Kropkis: Digits in cells separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
- German Whispers: Along green lines, digits must differ from their neighbors by at least 5.
- X/V: Cells separated by X must sum to 10. Cells separated by V must sum to 5.

I have no idea what GAS stands for (well I didn't until after I solved the puzzle and then googled it), and I found the puzzle to be quite pleasant! I was slow and steady, though the end took just a bit of tickling the pencil marks to solve, but I found that enjoyable

Expected this to be a bit more easy because of the title, had to take some time to maneuver through the last digits, but made it in the end :)

It was fun to solve, but I did not like the sudden spike in difficulty in the endgame. As for me it broke the theme a bit.

I can see one resolution in Box 6 near the end that may be tricky (due to sudoku)? I assume this is the step you are referring to. For this I moved it to 2*.

i think it counts as a GAS :), im not the best sudoku solver in the world and this was very doable (although i'm not sure which step could've prevented it from being a GAS, it's possible im overestimating the difficulty of GASes)
