A sequel to my Whispering Killers, now with the Chinese Whisper rule between orthogonally adjacent cage totals. Have fun!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits cannot repeat within a cage. Whenever two cages share an edge, their totals differ by at most 2.
