The rules:
- Place the digits 1 to 9 in each row, column, and 3x3 block without repetition.
- Digits cannot repeat along the diagonals.
- Cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive.
- Cells separated by a black dot must have a ratio of 2.
- Cell in gray square must contain even digit.
- The digits on the arrow must add up to the number in the circle.
- Not all dots are given.
