Normal sudoku rules apply: place the digits 1 to 9 in every row, column, and 3x3 box.
Anti-knight: Cells separated by a knight's move (in chess) may not contain the same digit.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Digits may repeat on an arrow if permitted by the other rules. Some circles have several arrows; each arrow sums to that circle's digit separately.
Kropki: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given.

It took me a few minutes to ask the right question to break in. Once I figured that out, and got a few digits, it was a very enjoyable solve. Somewhere in my first run, I broke it, so I had to restart. I'm not quite sure where the logic broke down, but the second run, which turned out to be correct, took just under 14 minutes to solve.
This was very pleasing to solve, and a wonderful, enjoyable time. Thank you for setting and sharing!
