Butterfly Effect

(Published yesterday, 12:56 by PrissyP)

Rules

Sudoku:

Normal Sudoku rules apply independently to both grids.

Cages:

Digits within a cage cannot repeat and must sum to the number shown in the upper-left corner of the cage.

Twin Cages:

Every cage has a corresponding twin cage in the same position in the other grid.

For colored cage pairs, the two cages must contain exactly the same set of digits. The digits may appear in different positions within the cages.

For red-bordered cage pairs, the two cages must contain different sets of digits. They may still share some digits.

This was loads of fun, one of my favourite puzzles in a while! Took me a bit over an hour, never got bored or too stuck, just the reasoning was challenging enough to slow the pace and the extra time to solve two grids instead of one made for a lovely afternoon break! Thanks for posting, brilliant work!
