Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
Orthogonal Neighbour Cages, indicated by dotted lines, defines all the orthogonal neighbours of 1 or more of the cage's digits. For example "3:124 6:78" indicates that the digit 3 has 3 neighbours 1, 2 and 4, and the digit 6 has 2 neighbours 7 and 8.
Digits in cells joined by an V sum to 5.
Not all Vs are necessarily given.
Parts of the grid are covered in fog. Placing correct digits may clear some fog somewhere in the grid.

Note that a cage's clue defines all orthogonal neighbors of a digit within the same cage. Neighbors across a cage border don't count.
