-Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into 9 regions of 9 orthogonally connected cells each, such that every cell is part of exactly one region. Place the digits 1-9 exactly once in each row, column and region.
-German whisper: Adjacent digits on a green line have difference of at least 5.
-Region GW arrows: Digit "x" in cell with an arrow points to first cell of different region than itself in indicated direction which is "x" cells away from it. Connect those 2 endpoint cells with a straight german whisper line.

Fantastic CC puzzle! There were some very sticky bits for me, but it mostly felt fairly smooth (if challenging) and intuitive. I had to do a bit of testing to see what worked and what didn't, but it was never bruteforcing or bifurcating. The hardest part was getting used to my annotation since I'm so used to using green lines to mean two connected cells are in the same region haha
