Fallen Arrows

I am delighted to present Fallen Arrows, one of a few puzzles I have been editing now for 2 years...
Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules apply.
2. Arrows: On every arrow, digits along the shaft sum to the digit in the circle.
3. Skyscraper: Each outside skyscraper clue gives the number of digits visible from that direction; taller digits hide all smaller digits behind them.

Felt much easier than 4* to me.
