Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Global Entropy: Every 2x2 area in the grid has at least one low (123), one middle (456), and one high (789) digit.
Kropki Pairs: Digits separated by a black dot are in a 2:1 ratio. Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.
