Rules
  • Orange Lines are Entropic Lines: Every set of three consecutive cells along an orange line must contain one low digit (1–3), one middle digit (4–6), and one high digit (7–9), in any order.
  • Grey Lines are Palindromes: Digits read the same forwards and backwards along the line.
  • Black Dots: Cells separated by a black dot contain digits in a 1:2 ratio.
  • Negative Constraint: Orthogonally adjacent cells may not contain consecutive digits unless they are separated by a black dot.

I don't think that negative constraint exception is needed.

IMHO, this is a 1* puzzle if you know a certain consequence of these rules, yet at least a 4* puzzle if you don‘t.
