Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Numbers in cages must sum to the number in the top corner of the cage. Numbers cannot repeat in a cage.
White dots separate consecutive numbers.
Black dots separate cells in the ratio 1:2.
Global entropy...Every 2x2 square of cells must contain a low digit (1,2,3), a middle digit (4,5,6) and a high digit (7,8,9).
Arrows point towards smaller numbers between cells in shaded max/min cells.

Nice puzzle and very easy if one does not forget halfway the global entropy rule. The gray boxing was very confusing with fog of war. Is it needed at all? The wording is wrong up to my limited English knowledge. Why not simply "Arrows point to the smaller number". The current wording while being ambiguous means more that it applies only between two shaded cells, which turned out not to be the case.
