RULES:
Normal SUDOKU rules apply.
Digits along a blue DIAGONAL must not repeat.
Digits along a grey THERMOMETER must strictly increase from bulb to tip.
All digits on a gold (N)ABNER line must differ by at least two [2]. Neighbouring digits along a green GERMAN (W)HISPER line must differ by at least [5].
Cells separated by a white KROPKI dot contain consecutive digits. Cells separated by a black kropki dot contain digits where one is double the other [1:2].
