After nearly a year of no puzzling, I watched Nell Gwyn interview Marty Sears on the SudokuCon Twitch channel as she begins a reboot of the Setter Spotlight series that I decided to stop doing over a year ago. I have been busy with life. For example, in just a week from now, my partner and I will be purchasing our first house and expecting our first baby within a couple months. I couldn't think of a baby pun so here is Prime Real Estate, I hope you enjoy.

Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

In each cage, the sum of the prime numbers (2, 3, 5, 7) must equal the sum of the composite numbers (4, 6, 8, 9). Numbers cannot repeat inside a cage. (For example, a 5-cell cage might contain the numbers 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 as 2 + 3 + 7 = 4 + 8.)

As 1 is neither prime nor composite, it can appear in any cage without contributing to the sum of either prime or composite numbers.
