I am very happy to present the first Chaos Construction Erica! :-)
According to testers and me it might be a high 4*.
I hope you will enjoy and I would be really grateful for all the comments and ratings.
Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into nine orthogonally connected nine-cell regions. Place the digits 1-9 exactly once in each row, column, and region.
German Arrows: A digit in a cell with a green arrow counts exactly how many cells in the indicated direction differ from it by at least 5.
Arrow Regions: A cell with a green arrow must be in the same region as all cells in the indicated direction that differ from it by 4 or less, and it cannot be in the same region as any cell in that direction that differs from it by at least 5.
German Diamonds: A digit in a cell with a green diamond must differ by at least 5 from any orthogonally adjacent cell that shares its region.

Wonderful puzzle! The start is incredibly smooth and gratifying, although near the end it got tedious. Regardless, a great puzzle.

That is an absolutely sensational puzzle. When I first saw the grid I was like "that cannot possibly have a unique solution, chaos construction to boot!" But four hours later I am very proud to have finished it. This puzzle must appear on CTC. Many congratulations!
