Odd Ellipsis

With all humility, I think this is the best puzzle I have created. Please enjoy and give any feedback you have! Thanks for playing!
- Normal Sudoku Rules: Fill each row, column, and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9 once each.
- Black Kropkis: Digits in cells separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio.
- Odd/Even: Digits in gray circles are odd. Digits in gray squares are even.
- X: Cells separated by X must sum to 10.
- V: NEGATIVE CONSTRAINT: No two orthogonal cells can sum to 5.
- Antiking: Cells which are a (chess) king's move apart cannot share the same digit.
- Disjoint Sets: Any identical local position across the nine distinct boxes forms an extra virtual group of 9 cells that also must contain the digits 1 through 9 uniquely.
- Maximum Cells: Gray boxes marked with outward-pointing indicators show that the center value is strictly greater than the four adjacent horizontal and vertical neighbors.

One thing that's NOT nice:
grey squares are even...
Maximum cells are grey and also a square (but rarely even)
If I hadn't been so positive about the break in I wouldn't have kept going since that broke at the very first step really.
Anyways, nice indeed. if it's your best I cannot tell (it's the first I played that you created; at leastas far as I remember. but its certainly nice... I will check if you had one that I like better though *LOL*)

No individually difficult steps but there are a lot of rules to keep in mind so this puzzle will depend a lot on your markup method.
