Four Dot Miracle

(Published on 29. July 2026, 23:31 by addie)

Standard 9x9 sudoku rules apply.

Antiknight and Antiking: Any two cells separated by a knight's or king’s move in chess cannot contain the same digit.

Nonconsecutive: Any two orthogonally adjacent cells cannot contain consecutive digits.

Ratio Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a black dot have a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.

Nice minimalist break-in, but very easy if you are familiar with the constraints at all. Probably a very good introduction for someone who wants to play your other puzzles.

Anti-King + Anti-Knight puzzles are hard to set due to the puzzle resolving incredibly quickly at times as is the case in this puzzle, especially given the Non-Consecutive constraint added on. Because of that the puzzle feels quite menial to solve. Realistically the Kropki dots are there to disambiguate a puzzle that solves itself without much thought at all.
