Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Digits may repeat on an arrow if permitted by the other rules.
Kropki: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.

Curious to know if anyone solves this, I've tried it 3 times and it seems to break each time, could very well be an error on my end though.
