The rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Cells connected by a German whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
- Cells separated by a white dot are consecutive.
- Cells separated by a black dot have a ratio of 2.
- Digits on a Palindrome line read the same forwards and backwards.
- Not all dots are given.
