Hide and Seek

Rules:

1. Normal Chaos Construction Sudoku Rules Apply. Place the digits 1-9 once in every column, row, and 9-cell region. The shape and location of the regions are to be determined by the solver. Some region boundaries are given.

2. Region Sum Lines. Region boundaries divide the blue region sum lines into segments where the digits in each segment on a line have equal sums.

3. Yellow Circles. A digit in a yellow circle counts the number of cells in its region that it CANNOT see. Region boundaries block vision, and a circle can see itself and any cells in an orthogonal direction.
