Four Past Ninety

(Published yesterday, 21:05 by Muhammad)

This is my first hard puzzle, inspired by Neokart's puzzle "Nine in the Afternoon"
  • Rules:

    1. Normal Sudoku Rules: Each row, column, and 3×3 box must contain the digits 1–9 exactly once.
    2. Killer Cages: The digits within each cage must sum to the clue shown in the cage's top-left corner. Digits may not repeat within a cage.
    3. Arrows: The digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the connected circle or the number in the connected pill. Numbers in pills are read from left to right or from top to bottom. Digits may repeat along an arrow if permitted by the other rules.
    4. Palindrome: Digits on a thick gray line form a palindrome; they read the same forwards and backwards.
    5. Region Sum Lines: The borders of the 3×3 boxes divide each blue line into segments with equal sums.
    6. Black Dots: Digits connected by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
    7. White Dots: Digits connected by a white dot are consecutive.
