My second puzzle! Please be kind :)
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
German Whisper: Digits connected by a green German whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
Palindrome: Grey lines are palindromes; they read the same in both directions.
Killer Cage: Digits in Killer cages sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage.
Evens: The digit in the grey square is an even number.
Lockout Whispers: Any SET of 2 digits that appear on a green German whisper line cannot ever appear orthogonally adjacent to each other.

Solution code: Enter the digits from row 9, read from left to right (no spaces).

I would be curious to see a video of its solve, because like many others I had to do some trial and error and had to work on it quite a bit. But I enjoyed it nevertheless! Closer to 4* for me.

I've changed the difficulty rating to 4* upon reading the comments. I'd probably agree it's around 3.5. Thank you to everyone for your kind words :)

Really enjoyed this one. Think it was slightly more difficult than you estimated, especially considering these are rulesets I usually am better at. I think you found some really unique ways to tie them together to make for a fun and challenging solve.

Great puzzle with a lot of fun logic and colouring! Def somewhere between 3 and 4 star difficulty, a solid 80-minute solve for me.
