Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Cells separated by a V sum to 5.
- Cells separated by an X sum to 10.
- Digits along a Lockout Line must not equal nor be between the digits in the diamond ends of the line. The diamond ends must have a difference of at least 4.
