Evil Six Six Entropy
Rules
- Normal latin square rules apply
- No-repeat quads: In the 2x2 square of cells centered around a circle digits cannot repeat and must include its cue
- Renban: Digits cannot repeat on the line
- Global entropy: Every 2x2 square of cells (not limited to those centered around a circle) must include at least one low (1 or 2), one mid (3 or 4) and one high (5 or 6) digit
There are some secrets tied to the ruleset to be discovered before knowing where to get started.

Very cool, slightly evil, and ultimately rewarding puzzle! I appreciate the hint that this ruleset contains secrets to be discovered. It gave me a helpful nudge without giving anything away.
