Floating Through Space (CC)

Another approachable chaos construction. According to testers (thanks everyone!), it should be around 2 stars for difficulty. Hope you enjoy!
Cave: A digit in a diamond counts how many cells of its own region it "sees" in the row and column combined, including itself. Region borders block vision.
Up To N Sums: A clue outside row or column N gives the sum of all digits up to the cell that contains the digit N (N is not included in the sum).
Up To N Regions: For each outside clue, the digits in the sum must belong to the same region and "N" must belong to a different region.
Example
The clue in column 3 sums the digits before (above) the 3 in that column.
The 6 diamond sees 2 cells below, 3 cells to the right and itself (2+3+1).
Solution code: The region next to the 7 clue on top, in western reading order (7 digits). For the example this would be 6247351.

This was such a fun puzzle. I guess it wasn't hard per se, but it did take some time to find the right clues to keep things moving.
