Up to Twelve

I recently made a whole series of puzzles which combined counting circles with various types of lines, so it's time for a combination with killer cages.
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits within a cage must add up to the total in the corner.
- A circle indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit. For example, if there is a 4 in any circle, then exactly 4 circles contain a 4.

Messed up a little because I counted to 26 correctly initially, then miscounted 27 TWICE then finally corrected myself right at the very end. Very glad this mistake didn't cause larger issues earlier on
