Rules
- Place digits 1-9 once in each row and column.
- A slow thermometer starts from every cell with an arrow and grows in the arrow's direction, the length of which is the digit in that arrow cell.
- Digits do not decrease from the bulb to the end on a slow thermometer.
For clarity, an arrow does not necessarily indicate the longest possible thermometer it can have.

I think it would be best to clarify that the digits can continue to increase even if the thermometer does not continue into those cells

Cool puzzle. Would be faster to get going with a note that the digit after the tip does not have to be smaller. Great refreshing 2* thx.
