Rules

Sudoku

  • Fill the grid with the digits 1–9.
  • Every row, column, and 3×3 box must contain each digit 1–9 exactly once.

Tree

  • Draw a single connected network of branch cells extending from the root (shown as a brown circle).
  • Branches may extend horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
  • Along every branch, digits must strictly increase with distance from the root.

Blossoms

  • The 9 blossoms contain the digits 1–9 exactly once.
  • Blossoms and branch cells cannot occupy the same cell.
  • Every blossom is adjacent (including diagonally) to at least one branch cell.

Connections

  • Each blossom is connected to exactly one adjacent branch cell.
  • The digit in a blossom must be exactly 1 greater than or exactly 1 less than the digit in the branch cell to which it is connected.

Fun little puzzle, 1.5* for me. I was a bit confused at first since the 3rd bullet point of the blossoms rule is already fulfilled anyway due to the connections, right?

Yes, you are right. I just didn't want people to think that there is only the connecting branch adjacent to the blossoms.
