VitP, I'm not sure why a note I included that this puzzle will be easier for those who know how the rule combo works seems to bother you so much. When I playtested this puzzle, I solved it twice--once assuming familiarity with the ruleset and once without. One method was clearly easier than the other. You are welcome to rate the puzzle's difficulty after solving it, as I'm sure you know the difficulty rating is based on the average opinion of the solvers of the puzzle. Hope this helps :)

there is no world in which this is a level 1. a rating system needs to be OBJECTIVE, and rate the PUZZLE, not the skill of whoever happens to solve it on that particular day.
