Bisection

Rules:

1. Normal Chaos Construction Sudoku Rules Apply. Place the numbers 1-9 once each into every row, column, and 9-cell region. The shape of each region is to be determined by the solver. Some region boundary segments have been provided.

2. Yellow Circles. A digit in a yellow circle counts the number of cells it can see in all four orthogonal directions including itself. Region boundaries block a circle's view.

3. Region Sum Lines. The blue lines are region sum lines. On each line, digits sum to the same total in each region it passes through. Each line visits exactly two regions and never revisits a region.

4. Odd Circles. A digit in a grey circle is odd.
