This is the puzzle I made for Turn 3 of season two of the Skunkworks League. The prompt was to make an instructionless puzzle, and I took heavy inspiration from the works of Juggler.
As per the prompt, there are no instructions given. You must figure out the rules of this puzzle as you solve it (and as you solve the smaller puzzles embedded within it).
